Clare originally studied Psychology with the Open University and became interested in hypnotherapy after receiving successful treatment for smoking cessation. Clare is ICH trained and will work with you to make positive changes to your life easily and quickly. As hypnotherapy is a drug free and mainly short-term therapy you will gain control over your condition in your own way and with your own resources. Clare lives in Bedfordshire with her husband and daughter.
